Հետխորհրդային տարածքում հանցավոր աշխարհի «պատրիարք» Զախարի Կալաշովը (հայտնի է որպես Շաքրո Մոլոդոյ) ազատ է արձակվել նրա մոտ հայտնաբերված ծանր հիվանդության պատճառով։ Այս մասին հայտնում է Shot տելեգրամյան ալիքը։

Համապատասխան որոշումն ավելի վաղ կայացրել էր Կրասնոդարի երկրամասի Ուստ-Լաբինսկի շրջանային դատարանը։ Հանդիպումն անցել է փակ դռների հետևում։

Կալաշովի փաստաբան Թենգիզ Պապասկուան Gazeta.ru-ին պարզաբանել է, որ դատարանի որոշումը կայացվել է բժշկական հանձնաժողովի հիման վրա՝ կապված բանտարկյալի հիվանդության հետ։

Շաքրո Մոլոդոյը պատիժը կրել է Կրասնոդարի երկրամասի խիստ ռեժիմի գաղութում։ 2018 թվականին Մոսկվայի Ռոչդելսկայա փողոցում գտնվող «Elements» ռեստորանի սեփականատիրոջը շորթելու համար տղամարդը դատապարտվել է ինը տարի 10 ամսվա ազատազրկման։
