ՀՀ իշխանություններին հորդորում եմ զերծ մնալ Արցախի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը կասկածի տակ դնող հայտարարություններից. Արայիկ Հարությունյան

Ոչ ոք իրավունք չունի կասկածի տակ դնելու Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը։ Այդ մասին Արցախի հանրային հեռուստատեսությանը տված հարցազրույցում ասաց Արցախի հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը։

Լրագրողի հարցին՝ ինչպիսի՞ հարաբերություններ են ՀՀ իշխանությունների հետ, Հարությունյանը պաատսխանեց․

«Ակտիվ կապի մեջ ենք։ Եթե ոչ ամեն օր, ապա պաբերաբար խոսում ենք խնդիրներից։ Լինում են նաև տարաձայնություններ և դա գիտեք, որ Արցախի հարցի շուրջ է լինում։

ՀՀ իշխանություններին հորդորում եմ՝ զերծ մնալ Արցախի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը կասկածի տակ դնող հայտարարություններից ու քայլերից։ 1988 թվականի շարժում որևէ ղեկավար, որևէ մարդ չի սկսել, այլ ժողովուրդն է սկսել ՝ հասկանալով դրա ամբողջ կարևորությունն ու ծանրությունը»,-ասաց Հարությունյանը։

Լրագրողի հարցին, թե ինչ ակնկալիքով պետք է շարունակի զրկանքներ կրել արցախցին, նախագահը պատասխանեց՝ հանուն իրենց իսկ իրավունքների, արժանապատվության, Արցախի ինքնորոշման։

«Հույս ունենք, որ առաջիկայում միջազգային հանրությունը ճնշումը կուժեղացնի Արդբեջանի վրա, ակնկալում ենք նաև, որ ՄԱԿ ԱԽ-ում հրատապ քննարկում կլինի։ Հույսս չեմ կորցրել այդ առումով։ Դեռ շարունակում ենք որոշակի ակնկալիքներ ունենալ այդ հարթակներից»,-ասաց Հարությունյանը։

ՀՀ-ից ու Սփյուռքից Արցախի նախագահը, առաջին հերթին, բարոյական աջակցություն է ակնկալում՝ ցույցերի, կոչերի, այլ միջոցառումների տեսքով։ Նյութականը ևս, ըստ նրա, խիստ կարևոր է այս փուլում, քանի որ Արցախի տնտեսությունը, փաստացի, չի գործում։
Անդրադառնալով մեղադրանքներին, որոնք հնչում են կառավարության հասցեին՝ ներկա վիճակին նախապես պատշաճ չպատրաստվելու, բավարար քանակությամբ պաշար չպահեստավորելու համար, Հարությունյանը անհմին համարեց․

«Հնարավոր է՝ որոշ հաշվարկներում սխալվել ենք, գուցե կարելի էր ավելի շատ պահեստավորել, բայց 6,5-7 ամսում աշխատել ենք ոչ թե պահեստավորելու, այլ արտադրելու համար անհրաժեշտ հումք բերելու ուղղությամբ։ Կառավարության գործունեության արդյունքում դեռ ունենք դիմադրելու, պայքարելու, նվազագույն սննդով ապահովելու հնարավորություն։ Այսինքն՝ այդ առումով մեղադրանքներն անհիմն են»։ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը նաև հայտարարեց, որ Արցախի իշխանությունը պատրաստակամ է շարունակելու Արցախի ժողովրդի ինքնորոշման իրավունքի համար պայքարը։
