«Ժողովուրդ». Քաղաքապետարանը 32 մլն դրամի դրոշ կտեղադրի

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Երեւանի քաղաքապետարանը 2023 թվականին 992 հազար դրամի արժողությամբ դրոշների գնման համար պայմանագիր է կնքել «ԱՄՈՒՐ ԳՍՄ» ՍՊԸ-ի եւ «Մարգարիտ Արծրունյան» անհատ ձեռներեցի հետ, 2 մլն 970 հազար դրամ արժողությամբ էլ դրոշակազարդման ծառայությունների պայմանագիր է կնքել «ԷՄ-ԷՄ Գրուպ» ՍՊԸ-ի հետ:

Երեւան քաղաքի 2024 թվականի բյուջեն հաստատելու մասին առաջարկվող նախագծում «Դրոշների տեղադրում» ծրագրով նախատեսվել է 32 մլն դրամ, ինչը ներառում է ինչպես հատուկ օրերին քաղաքի դրոշակազարդման աշխատանքները, այնպես էլ քաղաքի տարբեր հատվածներում ՀՀ դրոշների տեղադրումը, պարբերաբար փոխարինումը եւ սպասարկումը:

«Փողոցների, հրապարակների եւ այգիների կահավորում» ծրագրով նախատեսվել է 593 մլն դրամ, որի մեջ ներառվում է թվով 450 հատ դրոշակահենքերի պատրաստում եւ տեղադրում։ Ոչ մի քաղաքացու համար նորություն չէ, որ Երեւանում դրոշներ հայտնվում են մայիսի 28-ին, «Էրեբունի-Երեւան» տոնակատարությանը՝ հոկտեմբերի 19-ին, իսկ մեկ անգամ էլ՝ սեպտեմբերի 21-ին։ Հայաստանում դրոշներ կան միայն կարեւոր նշանակություն ունեցող շինությունների ներսում կամ տանիքներին՝ Կառավարություն, Ազգային ժողով, նախարարություններ, դատախազություն եւ այլ պետական կառույցներ։ Տոն օրերին դրոշներ հայտնվում են շրջանաձեւ երթեւեկության հատվածներում եւ կամուրջների վրա։ Նունիսկ այս դեպքերում դրոշներ գնելու համար այսքան գումար երբեւէ չի օգտագործվել։

Հիշեցնենք նաեւ, որ 2019 թվականին Փաշինյանը, մաքսատանը տեսնելով գետին գցած դրոշը, հրահանգել էր ազատել աշխատանքից ՊԵԿ աշխատակցին, բայց հիմա շատ պետական հաստատությունների վրա փողփողացող դրոշները քրքրված են»:
