Արեւմուտքի կողմից ոչ մի պարտադրանք չկա եւ Ռուսաստանի հետ հարաբերությունները Հայաստանի կողմից ոչ ոք չի փչացրել: Այս մասին այսօր՝ մարտի 6-ին, ԱԺ-ում ՔՊ խմբակցության պատգամավորների հետ հանդիպումից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ԱԽ քարտուղար Արմեն Գրիգորյանը:

«Մեզ հաճախ մեղադրում են, որ մեր պատճառով է Հայաստան-Ռուսաստանի հարաբերությունները փչացել: Բայց եկեք ավելի մեծ պատկերի մեջ դնենք ու փորձենք հասկանալ՝ արդյո՞ք Ռուսաստանն իր հարաբերությունները այլ երկրների հետ էլ է փչացրել: Եթե նայենք, կտեսնենք, որ Հայաստանի նման բազմաթիվ օրինակներ կան, միայն Հայաստանը չէ: Ռուսաստանը միայն մեզ չի վատ վերաբերվում:

Եթե մեկը շատերի հետ վատ է, այդ շատերի խնդիրը չի, երեւի մեկ հոգու խնդիր է: Եվ ես չեմ հասկանում, որ ամեն անգամ Հայաստանին է պարտադրվում, որ Հայաստանի մեղավորությունն է: Միաժամանակ, մենք տեսնում ենք, որ այնպես չէ, որ բոլորի հետ Ռուսաստանի հարաբերությունները հարթ են: Իսկ կարո՞ղ է՝ մեր լրագրողները փոխեն այս հարցադրումը, ամեն անգամ մեզ չգան հարցնեն, այդ հարցադրումն ուղղեն Ռուսաստանին»,-ասաց նա:

Անդրադառնալով նրան, որ Հայաստանին մեղադրում են դեպի Արեւմուտք գնալու մեջ, ԱԽ քարտուղարն ասաց. «Արեւմուտքին այս պահին ամենաուժեղացնող գործոնը Ուկրաինայի պատերազմն է: Այդ պատերազմի արդյունքում ՆԱՏՕ-ն ընդլայնվել է: ԵՄ-ն Ուկրաինայի պատերազմից հետո միահամուռ է, ԱՄՆ-ի ռազմական արդյունաբերությունը զարգանում է շատ ինտենսիվ նաեւ այդ այդ պատերազմի պատճառով: ՆԱՏՕ-ն ամենաուժեղն է: Հիմա կարող ենք հարց տալ՝ էդ մե՞նք ենք Արեւմուտքին ուժեղացնում, թե՞ այն մարդիկ, որոնք որոշել են այդ պատերազմն իրականացնել եւ դրա արդյունքում Արեւմուտքն ուժեղացել է: Այդ կոնտեքստում պետք է արեւմտամետներ փնտրել ուրիշ տեղ` Հայաստանից դուրս»:
