Կառավարությունը երկարաձգեց երեխա ունեցող ընտանիքների բնակարանային ապահովության պետական աջակցության ծրագիրը մինչև 2026 թվականը։ Կառավարության հերթական նիստին նախագիծը ներկայացրեց Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարի տեղակալ Դավիթ Խաչատրյանը։

Միաժամանակ, կխրախուսվեն այն ընտանիքները, որոնք հիփոթեքային վարկով անշարժ գույքը ձեռք են բերել կամ անհատական բնակելի տունը կառուցել/կառուցում են վերոնշյալ բնակավայրերում և վարկի գործողության ընթացքում ընտանիքում ծնվում է նոր երեխա։

Նախագծով սահմանվում է նաև 2023 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 30-ի դրությամբ կանխավճարի ապահովագրության ծրագրում ընդգրկված շահառուների դրամական աջակցության վճարման դադարեցման գործընթացն այն պահից սկսած, երբ վարկի գծով վճարումների արդյունքում հիփոթեքային վարկի մնացորդային մայր գումարի և բնակելի անշարժ գույքի արժեքի hարաբերակցությունը հիփոթեքային պարտավորության ապահովագրման պահին կազմում է 70 տոկոսից ցածր, բացառությամբ ծրագրային, այդ թվում՝ վերաֆինանսավորող վարկային կազմակերպությունների կողմից վերաֆինանսավորված և փուլային վարկերի, որոնց դեպքում դրամական աջակցության վճարումը դադարում է տվյալ ծրագրի իրականացման կարգով սահմանված՝ կանխավճարի ապահովագրման գործընթացի դադարեցման դեպքում։
