ՀՀ ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Դանիել Դանիելյանն աշխատանքային հանդիպում է ունեցել թատերահամերգային կազմակերպությունների ղեկավարների ու ներկայացուցիչների հետ, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել են ոլորտի վերաբերյալ մի շարք առանցքային հարցեր:

Հանդիպմանը ներկա է եղել նաև Ժամանակակից արվեստի վարչության պետ Սվետլանա Սահակյանը:

«Մենք կարևորում ենք ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչների հետ պարբերական հանդիպումներն ու առկա խնդիրների քննարկումը: Հատկապես ցանկանում եմ շեշտել պետական կառույցների՝ «ՀՀ մշակույթի պահպանության, զարգացման և հանրահռչակման 2023-2027 թվականների ռազմավարության» ուղղություններին հետևելու առաջնահերթությունը, որով պայմանավորված է ոլորտի հետագա զարգացումը»,- ասել է Դանիել Դանիելյանը:

Հանդիպմանն ամփոփվել են առաջին անգամ անցկացվող «Թատերական շաբաթ» ծրագրի արդյունքները: Ըստ թատրոնների ներկայացուցիչների՝ ծրագիրը հաջողել է՝ ապահովելով բազմամարդ մասնակցություն և մեծ հետաքրքրություն դպրոցականների շրջանում:

Քննարկման առանցքում նաև թատերական, թատերահամերգային հաստատությունների տնօրենների, աշխատակիցների ատեստավորման նոր կարգի և որակավորումների բարձրացման վերաբերյալ հարցերն էին: Մասնավորապես՝ կողմերն անդրադարձել են օրենսդրական դաշտի կարգավորման խնդիրներին:

Անդրադարձ է եղել նաև Օպերայի և բալետի ազգային ակադեմիական թատրոնում ներդրված մշակութային հաստատությունների ֆինանսավորման նոր մոդելին, որն առաջիկայում նախատեսվում է կիրառել նաև այլ հաստատություններում:

Ըստ ֆինանսավորման նոր մոդելի՝ յուրաքանչյուր տարի կազմակերպությանը տրամադրվում է իր կողմից կանխատեսվող սեփական եկամուտների կրկնապատիկի չափով գումար: Այդ գումարը կարող է օգտագործվել պահպանման ծախսերի, աշխատակիցների վարձատրության բարձրացման, նոր և վերափոխված ներկայացումների բեմադրության, հյուրախաղերի, անհրաժեշտ կապիտալ ծախսերի համար:

ԿԳՄՍ նախարարի տեղակալ Դանիել Դանիելյանը ներկաներին հայտնել է նաև ոլորտում մարքեթինգի միասնական հարթակ ստեղծելու անհրաժեշտությունը:

«Մեզ համար առաջնային է թատերական ոլորտն առավել տեսանելի և ընկալելի դարձնելը հանրության համար: Դա պետք է արվի՝ յուրաքանչյուր կառույցի առանձնահատկությունը հաշվի առնելով և առավելագույնս պրոֆեսիոնալ ձևաչափով»,- ասել է Դ. Դանիելյանը:

Հանդիպմանը քննարկվել են նաև աշխատանքային ընթացիկ խնդիրներ, որոնք վերաբերել են կազմակերպությունների խաղացանկային և տոմսային քաղաքականությանը, մարզային համագործակցությանը, կապիտալ վերանորոգումներին, ինչի վերաբերյալ ընդգծվել է նախահաշիվները ժամանակին ներկայացնելու և հետագա խնդիրներից խուսափելու անհրաժեշտությունը:
