Հայաստանը Ղազախստանի համար շատ կարևոր ու վստահելի գործընկեր է Հարավային Կովկասում։ Այս մասին հայտարարել է Ղազախստանի նախագահ Կասիմ-Ժոմարտ Տոկաևը՝ Երևանում ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ հանդիպումից հետո։

«Մենք հատուկ հարգանքով ենք վերաբերվում Հայաստանի հինավուրց պատմությանը, հարուստ մշակույթին և ավանդույթներին։ Հայաստանը շատ կարևոր և վստահելի գործընկեր է Ղազախստանի համար Հարավային Կովկասում։ Մեր հարաբերությունները հիմնված են անքակտելի բարեկամության և փոխօժանդակության վրա։ Երկկողմ կապերի ակտիվացումը մեր համատեղ նպատակն է։ Մեր նպատակները և շահերը ռեգիոնալ և միջազգային խաղաղության ու անվտանգության տեսանկյունից համընկնում են։ Մենք հետաքրքրված ենք Հայաստանի հետ համակողմանի գործընկերության հետագա զարգացմամբ, և դրա համար այսօրվա այցը ինձ համար հատուկ նշանակություն ունի»,- ասել է Ղազախստանի նախագահը։ 

Նա հավելեց, որ ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ բանակցություններն ապացուցում են այն, որ երկկողմ շահագրգռվածություն կա գործընկերությունն ամենաբարձր մակարդակում պահպանելու ուղղությամբ։

Տոկաևը նշել է, որ ՀՀ վարչապետի հետ քննարկել են բազմաթիվ ակտուալ օրակարգային հարցեր, հասել կոնկրետ պայմանավորվածությունների։

«Հատուկ ուշադրություն ենք դարձրել առևտրատնտեսական և ներդրումային ոլորտներում համագործակցության ընդլայնմանը։ Վերջին 5 տարիների ընթացքում երկկողմ առևտրի ծավալն անշեղորեն աճում է, բայց ողջ ներուժը լիաթոք կերպով չի օգտագործվել։ Հենց այդ պատճառով մենք նպատակահարմար ենք համարում փոխանակումների տեմպերն ավելացնել, պետք է նոր ուղղություններ փնտրել, որոնք նոր իմպուլս կհաղորդեն առևտրաշրջանառության ծավալների մեծացմանը։ Մենք կոնկրետ միջոցներ պետք է ձեռնարկենք արտահանման և ներմուծման ապրանքների ցանկն ավելացնելու համար։ Դրա համար առավելագույնս էֆեկտիվ պետք է օգտագործվեն գոյություն ունեցող հնարավորությունները։ Ղազախստանը պատրաստ է Հայաստան արտահանման ծավալը հասցնել 350 միլիոն դոլարի»,- ասել է նա։

Նրա խոսքով՝ պետք է ակտիվացնել հարաբերություններն արդյունաբերության, ֆինանսների, նորարարության, զբոսաշրջության, գյուղատնտեսության և այլ ոլորտներում։ «Ես Հայաստանին առաջարկել եմ իրականացնել մի շարք համատեղ ներդրումային ծրագրեր։ Սա, մասնավորապես, ակտուալ է այսօրվա դժվարին աշխարհաքաղաքական իրավիճակում։ Այս ուղղությամբ աշխատանքները միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի ուշադրության կենտրոնում են»,- հավելել է Ղազախստանի նախագահը։

Տոկաևը նաև շեշտել է, որ հարկավոր է ակտիվացնել նաև երկու երկրների գործարար շրջանակների միջև շփումները, ինչը թույլ կտա բարելավել ներդրումային հարաբերությունները։
