Քննություն է իրականացվում՝ պարզելու ապրիլի 24-ին Երևան-Երասխ միջպետական ավտոճանապարհին անվադողեր այրելու և այդ կերպ երթևեկությունը խուլիգանական դրդումներով խաթարելու դեպքի հանգամանքները։ Այդ մասին հայտնում են ՔԿ-ից:

Ինքնությունները չպարզված անձինք, խուլիգանություն կատարելու դիտավորությամբ, մասնավորապես, ավտոմեքենաների երթևեկությունը խոչընդոտելու նպատակով, իրավական նորմերի նկատմամբ արհամարհական վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերելով, 2024 թվականի ապրիլի 24-ին՝ ժամը 16:25-ին, «Ford Tranzit» մակնիշի, «BMW X5» մակնիշի և «Mersedes Benz» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենաներով Երևան-Երասխ միջպետական ավտոճանապարհի՝ Մասիս համայնքի վարչական տարածքի հատվածի երթևեկելի գոտիներ են տեղափոխել և կուտակել բազմաթիվ անվադողեր։ Այնուհետև, իրենց նպատակին հասնելու համար, մի կողմից դեպի Երասխ, իսկ մյուս կողմից՝ դեպի Երևան ուղղություններով տեղադրված անվադողերը հրկիզման եղանակով այրել են, ինչի հետևանքով որոշակի ժամանակահատված ճանապարհի այդ հատվածում երթևեկությունը խաթարվել է: 

Նշված դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ քրեական օրենսնգրքի 297-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետի (խմբակային խուլիգանությունը) հատկանիշներով նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ։ 

Ոստիկանությանը տրվել է հանձնարարություն՝ նշված հանցավոր արարքն առերևույթ կատարած անձանց ինքնությունը պարզելու, հայտնաբերելու և վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու նպատակով իրականացնել անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ։

Քրեական վարույթի շրջանակներում ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ բոլոր միջոցները՝ կատարվածի հանգամանքները պարզելու և հանցագործություն կատարած անձանց պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու նպատակով։ 

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեն նախազգուշացնում է ձեռնպահ մնալ հասարակական կարգը, հանրապետության կենսագործությունն ապահովող միջպետական և այլ նշանակության ճանապարհների երթևեկությունը նման հանցավոր եղանակներով խոչընդոտելուն ուղղված գործողություններից։ Նման բոլոր դեպքերը դարձվելու են մանրամասն քննության առարկա և հանցագործություն կատարած անձինք ենթարկվելու են քրեական պատասխանատվության։
