«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Հայաստանի տարբեր մարզերում ծավալված խաղաղ անհնազանդության երեկվա ակցիաներն իշխանական թիմում երկակի տրամադրություններ են առաջացրել։ Որոշ տեղեկություններով, ՔՊ-ական պատգամավորներից ոմանք մասնավոր քննարկումներում իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների անվտանգությունն ապահովելու միջոցառումների անհրաժեշտության մասին են բարձրաձայնել՝ շեշտելով, որ հետպատերազմյան օրերի շունչն է զգացվում, պետք է պատրաստ լինել հնարավոր հարձակումներին ու անակնկալներին:

Սակայն շատերին էլ այս ակցիաները չեն մտահոգել՝ վստահ են, որ դժվար թե պայքարը թափ հավաքի։ Այնպես են ժողովրդի ողնաշարը կոտրել, որ հազիվ թե 2018-ը կրկնվի: Ի դեպ, իշխանական թիմում սարսափում են հատկապես այն մոտալուտ օրվանից, երբ օրակարգ կգա փախստականների վերադարձի հարցը:

Կարծում են, որ այդ ժամանակ իրենց կողմից որեւէ մանիպուլյացիա չի աշխատի, եւ ոչ մի կերպ մարդկանց չեն կարող «կտեր» տալ, թե սա նրանց հողն է, տալիս ենք: Եթե հիմա հայտարարում են, որ ՀՀ սահմանից մի միլիմետր չեն հանձնում, այն, ինչ տալիս են Ադրբեջանին, ադրբեջանական է, ապա ադրբեջանցի «փախստականների» վերադարձի ժամանակ ոչ մի «կռուտիտ» չի անցնի։ Անգամ իշխանական թիմում կանխատեսում են` երբ Ալիեւը փախստականների անվան տակ Հայաստան ուղարկի հատուկ ծառայությունների ներկայացուցիչների՝ իրենց ընտանիքներով, «բոլոլան» այդ ժամանակ կսկսվի:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Ալիեւը հայտարարում է 250 հազար փախստականի մասին, որոնք ժամանակին ապրել են Հայաստանում, իսկ հիմա նրանք աճել-բազմապատկվել են, եւ նրանց ժառանգները եւս կարող են գալ Հայաստան։ Իսկ Ադրբեջանում ապրող 500 հազար հայերի, 120 հազար արցախահայերի վերադարձի իրավունքը ոչ մեկը չի պաշտպանում, գոնե որպես հակակշիռ առաջ չի քաշում»:
