Newspaper: Armenia soldier who died yesterday committed suicide, according to initial theory

Zhoghovurd newspaper of Armenia writes as follows, in part: In accordance with the information of Zhoghovurd daily, according to the initial theory, the contract soldier, whose body was found yesterday, committed suicide.

According to the information we received, the reason for taking this step was his social condition. According to news in the law enforcement system, he had a lot of debts. The investigation will show how valid these theories are. By the way, he was married and had children under his care.

Let us note that on May 7, around 14:00, the body of contract soldier Artak Avalyan of Seryozha (born in 1985), with a gunshot wound, was found in the guard station of the No. military unit of the MoD.

An investigation is underway to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.
